Youth Hunt Opportunities?

I have a friend that wants to get him and his 12yo daughter some hunting exposure/experience. Looking for an exotic doe or pig hunt preferably in the South Central Texas or Hill Country area. PM's for offers or leads would be greatly appreciated.
