Management bucks

I have several management trophies hunts to sell this season. The ranch is located in Cotulla, TX and is under MLD. The ranch is 5200 acres high fenced and will consist of lodging, guide, skinning and quartering. You will provide your own food. The house will have a bbq pit full kitchen bathroom and cable tv. These will only be for rifle hunters. The bucks will be mostly mature 8’s and 9’s and will range in the 130-145 range. I will not sell any specific deer in any pics because of the ranch size. Cost of the hunt is $2000. Half sent as a deposit and the other half upon arrival. If we see a mature buck in the 130-145 range and you want to hold out for a different buck and you don’t kill anything you just lose your deposit if we don’t see any bucks in that range you will get a full refund or have the option to schedule another time. Hunts will be arrival Friday evening and departure Sunday. Hogs and varmints are free after you kill your buck. To book a hunt or for more info send me a text. There is a few big 8’s at the ranch. They are called management bucks but those are trophy 8’s

Thank You for all the interest in the hunts. I am fully booked up for the season. I will start offering Doe hunts for January and February. I am not booking any right now until I post them for sale. Price will be $250 per doe two doe minimum and 2 person minimum to book

Sorry I missed this some great deer in the pictures. Will the doe hunts be rifle only as well or will archery hunts be allowed?

rifle hunts for does, I have a pretty good amount to take off the property and want to get them done as quick as possible

Opening weekend was a good one even though it was hot. Got a nice 152 on the ground and a 145 inch 9 pointer with a 260lb body. All booked up for the season but will have plenty more next season. Lots more management bucks to shoot this season with hunters I will post pics as we get them on the ground. The pic does not do that 9 justice 24” main beams and 20 inside spread with lots of mass

Two more great ones this weekend both in the 140’s

That is pops with his first buck. Lucky JAC outfitters is legit. Our hunt exceeded expectations on every level and we had the weekend of our lives. I would say the guides were great but that is an understatement. I would say the food was great but that would also be an understatement. Beautiful Ranch and great down to earth people who have a plan and grow great deer. I saw a few of them and they will provide next year with some great opportunities. I was so impressed by this trip we will be booking early next year as soon as dates come out. These guys are great at what they do and you should really get on the list to hunt with Charles and Ricky.

Kicked off the end of the season with some great bucks, lot of happy kids and adults this weekend! Thank you for following my posts and to all the guys that trusted me to get them on a good buck this season. Special thanks to all the Louisiana boys, damn yall know how to cook some good food lol

The place where all the management bucks were taken off is 5200 acres just recently high fenced and never managed. This is my first season working this ranch and trying to manage it. Was a fun season seeing what was there and we killed some great management/ trophy bucks. I own and have access to several ranches I run hunts off of
