ISO Father/Son hunt

Im looking for a hunt to take my son on. He hasn’t shown much interest in hunting and I want to try to change that. We hunt in East Texas so it can be pretty boring sitting and not seeing many deer. My budget is $4500. I’d like for him to be able to shoot a doe or cull back and I would like to be able to shoot a buck as well.
