Scope I bought for 40.00

Hey I bought this scope today from a guy at work, it is a Leupold Vari-X IIc 3-9 is what is says on the end. its older and kinda dinged up but still clear. I'm putting it on my Marlin 30-30, will Leupold still warranty this scope?

Cool any idea what the "c" means after II. I like it thus far $40 well spent.

Don't know what the "c" means, but if it says Leupold and you wanna double your $$$ PM me!!
