I've had great experience for 3 years w/ SG till this Christmas. I ordered a muzzleloader on the day after Thanksgiving so I could sight it in/practice over Christmas.
After 6 weeks of emails and phone calls on the whereabouts of my order, they tell me it is out of stock. 6 weeks to figure that out???
So no ML season for me, which was to be my 2nd and last chance to hunt this year.
I get that sometimes things happen, but they were clearly not concerned with even trying to make the situation right. Just got a "Sorry."
