.257 Weatherby Magnum Ammo

I have been shooting 110gr Intrabond ammo, however it has got too expensive so my step son loaded me some 100 gr ballistic tip ammo. What difference will the ammo make as far as my scope adjustment? Thanks

All depends on how he loaded it and the BC difference in the bullets. Shooting it the best way to know
