They been good to me one time they sent a package to my old house couldn't find it. The next day they had the same order in the mail. and told me if I find the first one keep it. I did find week later called said no problem keep it. The order was over 300.00 all my 300blackout. I was happy with them before with other orders.

I've had mixed results, 1st order great, next order I ordered a stock with buffer tube assembly but only got the CTR stock. I called and they agreed to send the buffer tube assembly for the ar stock, only the buffer tube was in the package.. Called again, this time the owner says it has now been over his time limit to send the missing items (whatever that was) basically due to them screwing up the order multiple times. In short he told me I shouldn't order from him in the future because he couldn't be trusted. So... Haven't ordered from them again. Since the parts missing were only a few bucks it wasnt a big deal, just glad I didn't get stuck with a missing lower or ammo.
