Did Judge Whitley, if he is still there, treat you fairly?

Shoot in the backyard all the time in a subdivison. So far no problems. Glad to hear you won but hate to hear you can't shoot in your own yard anymore.

Sounds like you need to move out of the big city, and away from the libs.

I'll be curious to hear this story as well. I just shot for the first time in my backyard in my new subdivision in Katy. Hope nobody cares....don't really care if they do.

I would like to hear the rest of the story too.
I shoot in my backyard but I'm careful and I try and shoot during the day on work days only because I could understand someone worrying I'm gonna kill one of their pets or injure a kid accidently. Even though the corner I'm shooting into would completely destroy my arrow if I missed my target.
I do think I looked this up once and it is against city ordinance where I am. And I have a police officer next door on the other side who don't seem so friendly.

Smithfield has moved to Beach Street. 820 west, exit Beach and go south, over railroad tracks and turn into commercial warehouses to the right. There is a sign out there....
