when is the last time you shot your bow?

Last time I shot mine was when I killed a doe the second week of January.

Probably need to get it out of the closet and fling a few arrows

Saturday, 5.5 months till deer season.

when I killed a coon after dark on the last day of deer season... It helped make a long season better lol.... ill pull it out before I go hunt again.

When I flung it at a 4 legged figure at night and completely missed and hung it up for a while to evaluate my tactics. I'm about to go but a dozen arrows. But I always have a hard time getting ones that fit lighted nocks. What the heck? Shouldn't the diameter fit all.

Several different diameter arrows and require different size lighted noxks. What arrows are you shooting? Someone on here might can tell you which size Noc to buy S, H, GT, X etc

I had has been a few months since I shot mine, I left it down at my cabin last time I was down there and have been really busy and haven't been back to get it.

No kidding on the lighted nocs. The ones I bought don't fit my arrows. I guess you have to buy expensive arrows to have the right ones. IDK.

I shot mine this past weekend. I try to shoot every few days, I would love to shoot every day.

I am hoping to connect on a longbeard this weekend. I got skunked last week (stupid weather...)

Bout 2 weeks.

That is 2 weeks too long for anyone who hunts with a bow.

Everyday to 60yards, 3-4 times a month longer range

3 hours ago. Try to get 10m in every day.

I never stop. Hunting, 3D, and practice has me shooting all the time.

Not all of us have an archery range at work.
But I shot last night. Only out to 35 yards though. But I did shoot well. I think I'm finally settling into the new bow and it's settled in. Guess I will take it up to CCR next week for my break in tune up.

It sucks having room to shoot!
What is even worse is the rifle range 1/4 mile from my office!

Dang, life is tough for you. And having to guide hunts too. Darn the luck.

I try and shoot every friday after work, love the break between the daily grind and the weekend!

Yeah it is real rough

I havent yet. Through a series of trades I turned a spray painted $250 savage into a mr6, and traded that for a Creed that is sitting in my living room while im in Colorado working. Needless to say I have some preperation to do before season.

You have a while to get it going.

LOL, it's been over 2 years since I have been able to draw my bow. Went to a crossbow to keep hunting. About 5 weeks ago I felt something tear in my shoulder so I had to bite the broadhead (bullet) and have surgery. Well 2 hours under the knife and 4 weeks with my arm strapped down I find out at the end of the week how many more weeks of wearing it. Doc said he may let me pull my bow in September. At least one of my hunting buddies said he would draw my crossbow for me.

Friday. Killed two nice cottontail rabbits actually.

I feel for you Rabbit. Had both of mine done. The 5 months of rehab is tough and I said some really bad words during some of the therapy sessions but if you do the work and don't do what you shouldn't til the doc releases you to you should be fine.

Shot a lil this evening

Today. I got a new Trophy Ridge Pursuit sight and got it set up out to 30 today. I just need to get it dialed in a little further out and I'll be set.
