Looking to buy a new bow this year and was looking at the Martin bows, (TR2 and Pantera) will be mainly used for hunting. Any info would be great.

ordered a 2010 firecat tr2, should be in this week, will let you know what i think.
I have a Martin Cougar SE, 65lbs (29" draw) and I love it. When I first picked it up and shot it,I knew that this was my bow, and ever since that day I never leave home without it.
It shoots fast, straight ,quite and without a trigger. I shoot the old way, with three fingers. I started shooting my recure with fingers and continued it with compound bows.

I have an 09 Martin warthog. It is super fast and super accurate. I killed 2 bucks at 25 yards and 1doe at 33 and 1 doe at 38. None of them new what had happened until they were down. It is the 3d bow and has a longer axle to axle but it is great for stand hunting.
