Advice: New Henry 9MM Carbine -and- S&W 22 Mag Pistol - 12/18/23 04:04 PM
My SIL and I are looking at buying a Henry 9MM Carbine and a Smith 22 Mag 30 round pistol. These have been out for awhile now. What experience do you have with them? Any issues?

I bought one of the S&W 22 Mag pistols. Fun to shoot. No FTE or FTF issues. Whats not to like about a pistol that holds 30 rounds.

Are you asking about the one called the Homesteader? don't have either, just curious.

Both of those work real well. I did some real testing on pigs and quite honestly I think a Ruger 10/22 with 40gr Interceptor does as good or better than the Homesteader.
The S&W I traded because honestly it didn’t have performance much better than a Ruger 22lr for me.
The Homesteader does work well and has a tame look. I only used the Glock mags.
