Ive been eyeing a new beater 7.62x39 AR of theirs

Reviews seem fairly solid and that ammo is abundant...

Did a load work up for one.

123 gr shot three inside 1 1/4" at 200 yards, if memory serves.

Don't expect it out of dirt cheap, steel cased ammo. I'm just saying what I saw it was capable of, with a load tuned for it, in brass cases, and an untra consistent powder charge.

I’ve had some that were plenty accurate and 2 that would barely hit paper consistently at 100

I had one for a bit. It ran good with 10 round ASC mags. 20 rounders turned it into a jam-o-matic. Accuracy was so-so.

ive got a 7.5 and 10.5 556, a 10.5 300bo and a 10.5 350 legend. All are very accurate reliable uppers except the legend- I'm still working some kinks on just polished the chamber and feed lips and going to try again this weekend at the range. That said they all hold good zero at 100 yards.
