Whats your current favorite gun

Seems like my go to gun has been my 16 in 6.8 SPC I built. Extremely versatile with the 1-4 SWFA scope, it light, accurate, and just feels good in my hands. Ive found myself using it every time I go hog hunting. I will say I was shooting PitchforkPredator's Henry Golden Boy 22 mag last weekend and its a fun little gun too.

My 5.56 SBR love it perfect little package. Had my wife out shooting with me today and it is her favorite as well lol. Popped a triple tap on the head of a 1/2 IPSC target at 100 free hand standing with red dot. I just seem to shoot it better than a scoped rifle

Close second is my MK3 308 AR with SWFA 1-4x

Right now my favorite is a Model 70 Super Grade in .280 Remington. I think this rifle will probably have a pretty short hunting career though. Next up would be my Model 70 Classic on .30-06.

Ruger M77 stainless in .280 Rem with that ugly-to-the-bone Zytel stock. Even the wife (that doesn't hunt) said just the other day - "That is one ugly rifle." Carry it everywhere and have killed a lot of stuff with it.

This week it's a toss up between my Ruger Precision rifle and CZ 455 "Tacticool". The CZ might even take the top spot for just pure enjoyment. Both will be infinitely better once my suppressors are out of jail.

I have one of those and it has probably killed more animals than all my other rifles put together. Another good one is my Remington Model 7 in .223.

But this week it's a Radical Arms 5.56/223 AR pistol. From a bench it is amazing out to 200 with a red dot.

My 338 lapua improved.

I just bought a Just Right Carbine 9mm and it is fun but it will never earn the place in my heart that belongs to my 3.5 MODB Cynergy.

There are a few things that make the .357 trapper my favorite. First off, is the load options. As a reloader, I can mix everything from small game, plinking, larger game, and self-defense. Being straight walled casings, I can get up to 15 reloads on some of the better brass. The second thing is that it is so quick and easy to handle. Even if it wasn't my favorite overall rifle, it will probably always be my favorite truck gun. Finally, it's a $500 stainless steel rifle that I did put a bit of work tung oiling the wood. It will hold up to hard use and severe weather conditions.

I may have "better" rifles with nice optics, higher capacity, and more terminal energy. I tend to give names to things I really like (trucks, RV campers, guitars), and only two of my firearms have earned a name. I call the Rossi "Annie".

BTW, I am looking at adding either a .44 magnum or 454 Casull. The thing is I'm going to want a matching caliber revolver to go with it. That would either be a .44 magnum or a .45 Colt handgun. I'm leaning .44.

Marlin 1894LSS 16 inch stainless 357, this has been my main truck gun for about 10 years and don't see that changing.

CZ 527 in 6.5 Grendel customized by Scott Weichel, is the one I shoot most often. Balance is fantastic as is accuracy for such a light handy package.

Used to be my Rem 700 7mm Rem mag for the longest time. One year (After 20 years) the base screws came loose and I lost confidence in it. Shoots awesome now that I fixed the problem but I don't shoot it other than at targets. After that issue I started using the Weatherby Vanguard 308 for hunting. Love the rifle and it shoots great. Now I have a 6.5 Grendel and a 458 Socom so I'll likely use those this year. But my go-to rifle for hunting is the .308 for now.

For just shooting a CZ550 Varmint .308. That thing is just boringly accurate, but it's like carrying around an anvil. For hunting, right now it's a Winchester M70 Featherweight in .308. There's a chance it would by my CZ 550FS in 6.5 Swede, but that Mannlicher stock is just so pretty I worry about it too much in the woods. I definitely married up with that one.

Mine is an AR15 in 6.8 SPC with a 1-6 Vortex on top. It loves the 120 SST pills.

My Alamo precision built 280ai. Perfect balance, shoots great and very little felt recoil.

While I ave a variety of bolt action rifles, my current favorite is a LA 444 Marlin. I grin every time I shoot it. I have onl tested it to 250 yards so far, but it is good for anything from mouse to mastadon.

Favorite handgun is 45 Colt. Have it in Ruger Blackhawk and Uberti Hombre. The Uberti is my bumming around gun.

Love the 92. My current favorite is a Rossi M92 short rifle in 45 Colt. It has a Marbles tang sight with Merit #4 hunting aperture which makes it a very quick handling brush gun.

I pick a new favorite every year. Usually the one I shoot the best with at the range becomes my go to for the year. Last couple years it has been a 243 savage 114. Rem sendero is always in the running as well.

For rifle it would be an AO 308 and pistol would be sig tac ops 1911 45acp

Currently it's between 3 of my rifles, my 2-T3's, one in .30-'06 (165 gr. handloads) and one in 7mm-08 (was my wife's until I found her a Model 7 in .243 that she likes better. 140 gr. handloads.) and my Browning XBolt in .270 Win. (Factory 130 gr. CoreLokts, experimenting with 150 gr. handloads.)

Then there's the Garands...

For just shooting it would be a Rem 700 BDL 22-250 but I really like the 7oo BDL 30-06. Both very accurate.

It's always my Dad's Mini 30 but I love that Colt 901, it's a shooter.

Currently shooting my .308 Browning X-Bolt with a SilincerCo Harvestor.

Ive got the CZ 550 in both 308 and 6.5X55. Only my Mannlicher stock in on the 308 and it is a tack driver!

My Remington 700 in 300 Win Mag. A heck of a rifle in a great caliber.

As for my favorite I think it would be my 6.5 CM Custom...hum...or my 6.5 CM AR...hum or my 6.5X55 Swede and as for my pistol its my Kimber 45...or my Ruger Competition 22. All of them are really accurate and fun to shoot...so its impossible to name just one.

Today it's my glock 19 with a ton of mods. Tomorrow who knows.

For hunting, it's my Tikka CTR in .308, topped with a Vortex Viper 6.5-20 x 44.

I have favorites for different reasons.

My "go to" gun is a Remington 700 ADL in .270 that I also consider as my utility rifle. If the weather is going to be wet and muddy, it's the one I'll grab.

My favorite in terms of quality is a Winchester Featherweight Model 70 in 25-06.

My favorite vintage rifle is a mint Winchester Model 94 Commorative that was released the year I graduated from high school in 1977.

Been having fun with this Wilson Combat in 300 BLK lately.

Similar... I just bought a 828U and an optifade SBE II, and I love them both, but I know I'll pick up the Cynergy dang near everytime out the door to the hunting fields.

the 30-06 Sako w 20.5 in barrel is the perfect all around hunting weapon under every circumstance however I love carrying my AR 556 in the woods with a red dot ready for piggy poppin!

there is no way I can decide on one however if I could only have one it would be the 30-06 because of its versatility.

Left hand Stag 6.8 spc with T-1 cheapest AR but seems to be my go to.

Rifle is a four year old Weatherby Vanguard .257 that I put a timney trigger in. It is by far the best shooting gun I have ever owned.
Pistol is a Walther PPQ .45.

I can never pick a favorite. So..
My favorite Polish rifle is a .22 Wz31 that is worth 10 x's what I paid for it.
My favorite all around handguns are the G19's
My favorite Russian is the 91/30 sniper
My favorite German pistol is the little Sauher 38h
My favorites for sentimental reasons are my dad's old Stevens model 58 and 552 Speedmaster
My favorite .45 pistol is the Sig 227EE
My favorite throw it in the pocket is a .327 lcr
My favorite.308's are the gunsight and VTR
My favorite Finnish rifles are all the M39's
My favorite American rifle is the Garand
And last of all all the Mausers, Ton of Mosins, Makarovs, AK's, AR's and rimfires. And whatever else I have. Lol

My sentimental favorite is an Ithaca Featherlight 16 guage pump that my grandfather bought in the 50's and left to me when he died.

Sentimental reasons aside, it my Browning BLR lever action in .270.

My Remington 700 BDL in 270 that I've had for 40 years. I also have the same gun in 30-06. It was my Pop's. He passed away a few years ago. Lots of deer killed and memories made with those two guns.

Mine would be a toss-up between my Tikka T3 Lite .308 and Browning A-Bolt Composite Stalker 7mm-08. I would have a heck of a time picking between the two. It just depends on the day and my mood which one I grab.

Browning BLR Lightweight Stainless with Pistol Grip. It's a 308 Win and has a silver Leupold VX-2 3-9x40.

Though the BLR is my favorite my Sako A7 is going to be getting attention soon. It's a 300 Win Mag and has a Zeiss Conquest MC 6.5-20x50. For those of you that followed my "USPS Rage" thread - the item that's MIA is an American Precision Arms Gen 1 Little Bastard brake which will go on this rifle. I am also considering a replacement scope.

This is my current favorite gun. I think it will be my favorite for a while......

I've shot it 3 or 4 outings now, with 80-150 clays each time. The first time it took me a bit to get a feel for the gun. It feels really good now and I'm liking it quite a lot, but need some more time with it still to be as proficient with it as I am with others.

I like your taste! I have to agree: the Garand is a joy to shoot. It looks like it could beat you to death but its quite tame.

Right now, my favorite shotgun is model 70 super grade in 280 Remington. I think that is best riffle, it will probably have a pretty short hunting career though. Next time I will buy model 70 classic.

Tough decision but this one makes me smile every time I shoot it.

My current favorite gun is the same one it's always been, 6 inch K-22 Smith and Wesson. This pistol has probably killed more critter's than any other gun I've owned.

Hands down, my current favorite gun is my father in law's old Smith & Wesson k-frame revolver in 38 SPC. He was a great man who passed about a year and half ago and my wife ended up with my new favorite.

I've used it a couple times now for qualifying rounds and it i love it. It fits perfect in my hands and points great. Hits where you aim and is a real joy to shoot! Maybe that's Del helping put them where they need to go...thought crosses my mind every time I shoot it.
