Shotgun question..... - 08/26/15 07:17 PM

Anyone have any info on Ideal shotguns? I've churned over the web and can't come up with anything. Single shot, 12ga, hammer, no serial #, bbl is just stamped 'Ideal'.

See this link.

They were made by Manufrance beginning around 1888.

I've looked at those and all I could find that they made were SxS. Found LC Smith but same thing. Then a company that was bought by Marlin in the late 1880s, but not sure what they made.
