Show me your EDC pistol

I just picked up a new everyday carry pistol, a Glock 36. Ran 125 rounds of 230gr FMJ's through it yesterday and it performed flawlessly. So what is everyone carrying?


This little gun is a firebreather, this was after 125 rounds.

I wear cargo shorts/pants most of the time, so it rests comfortably against my leg.

I also (sort of) own a Glock pistol of 19, but let's face it, most confrontations in public are going to be under 21 feet.

Now it has stippling on it. I carry in the pocket or in an On Your Six Designs holsters.

I carry a glock 19 in a raven concealment phantom holster. Sorry no pics.

Not the fanciest, but dang comfortable to carry and nary a hiccup after hundreds of rounds.

Trusty glock 26, pictures don't do the wear any justice.

No, I get most of my training materials from recycling bins located behind several businesses. It has been challenging without a car, but I try to hold as much carboard as I can on my scooter.

21 foot rule: In short, you gotta move.

For all people carrying a gun, an assailaint with a knife, blade, or any melee weapon will attack and defeat you from a distance of up to 21 feet. A trained assailant with a blade...well, that's more like 41 feet.

in a personal defense weapon, I think personal defensive inclueds rattle snakes. at least you you hunt the places I hunt it better. Snake shot; those 240 gr WC have a enough blue dot in then I want even mmention the load. it throws a muzzle flash that looks like a rocket.

on the other hand if you get cowboy loads ya can shoot at cottontail all day long.

BTW I carry it in a center chest holester kinda like the ruger alaskian. I just believe I can beat the guy with the blade at 21'.

Yes, but it's negligible. I can usually pay for the gas I use by picking up cans along the highway/service road and busy intersections. Especially after the holidays.
