What's my Savage Model 170 PUMP 30-30 worth?

I recently acquired a Savage Model 170 pump 30-30.
I've researched, Googled, Wikipedia'd, whatever .... and I can't find any information on it. I did find some on a Model B but this serial number begins with an A.
This is a pretty nice rifle and it has a Simmons (8-Point) scope on it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Looking at gunbroker completed auctions they are $250-$350, a B-series with bushnell 4x sold for $255 on May 27. Another one with no scope sold for $305 on April, 13. The highest price in the last 90 days is $610 for a like new A-series.

As I stated, this is a pretty nice rifle. I think it's well worth that $350 but it's not 'like new', so you've certainly given me something to consider now.
