They won't have near enough support in both the house and senate to pass this one. It should die a quiet death in committee.

Everytime something don't make it through Congress, the Democrats want passed, hey get it done through regulation. So...don't be surprised if the ATF conjures up a regulation on this subject.
I do know that The House is fighting this very thing starting this week.
