Anyone do any hunting near Cushing Texas? I am looking at a lease out there and would appreciated some feedback from the group regarding the area.

Let me know if you hunt the area and what type of game is available.

Thanks!

I have killed a few deer out there, back in 2001-2003. Never saw any hogs, but I am sure they're there now. Also, lots of yotes.

I've never hunted there. After looking at Google earth, I can see that you're in east Texas. Maybe still in Post Oak woods with some Pine. Just need to go out and walk the place for starters. This time of year it's not so hot and some of the trails should still be obvious. Good luck and give us an update.
