They usually come with a practice broadhead that dosent expand so you can see how it's going to fly.

I bought a 3 pack of the practice broadheads and shoot 3 shots. They hold pretty true to my field points

I just take off field points and put on rage. No worries.

I take off my field points, throw the rages in the trash and put on a reaper.

I have had several not deploy. But must have and leave a wound channel the size of leg through deer. I just practice with real broadheads no big deal wink

I use them and absolutely love the three blade 100gr. they fly true, open always, and you can reuse them several times.

They put a huge hole in a deer.

I shot a doe and hit her a little high. Dropped her in her tracks and she kicked a little and that was it. Cut the main artery and caught the backbone.
I pulled the arrow out and the blades were intact with very little damage to the edge. Took a steel and went across the edge a couple of times and it was back to razor sharp.
I replaced the "O" ring and salvaged the collar so I'm going to use it for hogs.

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.
