but i also cut in cubes,season with salt,pepper,and garlic,wrap a piece of bacon around it. and skewer with chunks of onion and jalapenos. makes pretty good kabobs.
I hate to state the obvious, but you could use this procedure on a house cat and it would taste just as good, although I've never chicken fried house cat.
