I was given CVA Kentucky Rifle KIt in a 45 cal from a friend. Here is the kicker he opened it many years ago and lost the instructions it seems that all the parts are there but i have no instructions. I am not to worried about it being a tack driver but I do want to do a good job on it so if you may know of a place to get th instructions for it that would be a great help
Matt

Matt, you might want to try contacting Traditions Firearms. http://www.traditionsfirearms.com/ I understand they have taken over the CVA kits. Traditions does have a kit that looks much like the CVA Kentucky kit as well as the CVA St Louis Hawken.

I was gonna suggest going to Bass Pro an seeing if they would photo copy the instructions from a Traditions kit. They are all about the same I think.

There's not but about 20 parts total it shouldn't be to hard to figure out.

Hey Matt,

I know you don't know me from Adam, but I just listed my CVA Kentucky Rifle Kit for sale on craigslist. I received it as a gift when I was a lot younger and I never took the time to assemble it. I have it listed here.

http://milwaukee.craigslist.org/spo/1493661136.html

Not sure if it's the same as the one you have.

PS....I'm the "hags" from hagshouse if you need to know who I am....somebody here may know who I am and can vouch for me....

Good luck putting the rifle together....
