Trying to sell 470 acres in Terrell Co. for $385.00 per acre. Leaving all blinds and feeders along with 14X40 cabin. Whitetail, mullies, dove, javelinas and blue quail on land.

mudder, the cabin is wired but you still need a generator to have elec. and you have to haul in your water. Its remote but the hunting is excellent.

fellows, why lease when you can own? Do the math, make a payment of $500.00 or so a month and own your own land. Find a buddy or 3 and split the $6000.00 a year down to $1,500 per gun for 470 acres. All blinds and feeders stay plus the cabin and the water tanks. Just a thought!

I have been thinking about leasing it until it sells, with the stipulation that my family would still be able to hunt on the off weekends. Holler at me at lkbasslunkers@charter.net and we'll see what we can come up with.
