Will be doing some night time hog hunting here in about a month or so near Montague, Texas. Anyone in that area interested? Would be nice to have a couple more guns, more effective that way. Have 65 acres to run around on.

Heck, I am game I have a neighbor kid who is wanting to get into hunting so this would be a good break in run for him. What's the cost?

Spud,
no cost. Just help gutting and skinning whatever we shoot. You keep half the meat.
Everyone interested PM me your numbers, and I will let you know when I am going to start hunting.

The main reason I am offering, is I do not want to hunt these alone, its just too dangerous.

Hey Chris, if you need a couple more I know myself and a friend would make the trip, about 1 1/2 hrs away but would be fun anyways.

I have one feeder at the moment, and plan to set up a couple more. I can't put too much pressure on them, because they will move to very odd hours. I have to hunt them strategically, and possibly hunt different spots every other kill. There are quite a few hogs though, so it shouldnt be that difficult. I will update this posting when it is about that time, I just wanted to see if there was interest. Thanks guys

A dog can get off 65 acres REALLY fast so make sure u have surronding land owners permission to retrive your dogs.

yea 65 acres wouldnt work very well for a hog dog and very much pressure and they will be gone.

Just an update guys.. I have been up there pretty much every weekend filling the feeder and checking my camera. I have only seen 2 big bores this year.. I think everything is so green that they have plenty of food to eat. If they start coming in more, I will let you guys know.
