I had a bad experience in Joshua years ago...sounds like it is better.

Its a bit out of the was but Uncle Georges in glen rose you cant beat it last 10 years done me right every time

Unless there is a new one this year (and I doubt it) there isn't one in Jacksboro.

There is a place off of 380 at Bridgeport (the gunshop) but I have never used them so can't say one thing or another.

The last 2 years (and again this year) I've used Clear Fork Country in Graham. I have been pretty pleased with them and can recommend them. They are not cheap but they are good (not as good as Kuby's though - wish Kuby's was in Graham)

Ok. I am going to advertise a little now. My BIL just bought the Old Town Meat Market in Lewisville and I know for sure he will be processing deer. I don't know yet what else he will be doing but will post when I find out. I think he is one of the best around and he has been doing it a long time. His dad started the market along with another guy in 1977. Give him a try if your in this area. You won't be disappointed. Thanks
