for the last 45 yrs. I have lived on rural property, there is a huge difference between a "lil fur baby puppy dog" and a working dog.

I have friends that have had to put down some otherwise cool dogs due to real bad habits. one was an aussie shepard that would not quit biting peoples heels, drew blood on me at least 3 times.

there are limits to what can be tolerated on a working ranch, I manage one now and any dog on property is subject to dog rules, won't shoot them but they won't be back if they are a problem.

Other than a possible 50/50 tie breaker (an odd event) wouldn't she have less power as a VP?

I'd like for those that are, to work their hands to bleeding blisters and worry about having enough water and food for their family that night. the fact its an issue is whats wrong with the US. You dont champion for the life of an animal that attacks people or livestock. Fact its an issue if you don't and especially if you terminate the problem is a bigger issue with in society. Does your food death occur at farm or super market

Trying to repair society by crashing headfirst into it wouldn’t be my plan. Changing societal norms takes time. IMO it’s a moot point anyway. The media controls or country and we know who controls them.

Had a buddy that always had cattle. His neighbor started letting a dog run loose and he caught the dog running some calves so he told his neighbor that if he saw the dog doing that again, he intended to shoot it. The neighbor said he moved to the country so he could let his dog run loose but if he had to shoot it, don't just wound it. My friend told him not to worry about that.

Next time he rolled up, there's the dog - chasing calves again.
He pulled his 10/22 out of the truck and emptied it in the dog.
I asked, "where's the dog now?"....He said he's still laying right there.
