Website is showing limited availability now. Any word on these being discontinued? Haven’t seen anything official unless I just missed it.

Just got my first one. Didn't need it and it hurts to shoot, but it was green and I couldn't resist it!

I've had the original LCP and the Max and just can't seem to bond with them. But they certainly have their place. Far better to have that little LCP in your pocket when you need it, when your 1911 is in the safe at home.

That’s my thought. When it gets hot I don’t like to carry anything to big and that’s definitely better than the alternative of nothing.

I have a Gen 2 LCP that I bought used. It is one of my favorite guns. It is incredibly accurate and the trigger pull is not that bad nor is the recoil. If I could only have one handgun, the LCP might well be it.

Couldn't have said it better myself. No complaints with the Gen 2 and easy to carry in the heat.

I have an original with the trigger and other factory upgrades, added red/green hi vis sights and like it a lot for summer carry, have extended mags up to 10 round.

I have a gun with me at night when I go out for a smoke, carry the lcp in pocket most times for critter control. killed a bobcat @ about 35' one night, .380 gold dot did the job, walked across the parking area and I guess never saw me.

Hopefully not discontinued, I have an LCP II and its a great little pocket pistol. It certainly beats harsh language.

I got one not long ago. I wanted something I could carry in my front pocket. It is exactly what I wanted. I also like the Ruger holster that comes with it. Put the pistol and holster in your pocket and easily pull out the pistol without the holster.

Found one locally. Guess they know something I didn’t. Old base model nothing fancy and wanted 299. It’s still sitting there. At that price there’s more options and probably better ones.

Used for $299!!! MSRP is only $259 on Ruger website!
New ones are only $199 at Academy-when they have them in stock.
