NO! Not ACORN! They had to be giving those flags away for free, you know, distributing the wealth? Making money in a free market society and keeping it goes against everything they believe.

Watch the video again. Those flags were "Don't Tread On Me" flags. The problem they had was using blacks as salesmen and then admitting they were from ACORN. Where better to sell "Don't Tread On Me" flags but a Tea Party gathering. They should have hired some old white guys to sell those flags.
Sort of like an old white guy going to an Obama rally in Detroit and selling Obama T-shirts, then saying he was from the GOP.
