I wanted a solar charged feeder light that wasn’t expensive. I bought and tried some cheap ones that didn’t do too well. Then I bought an Elusive Wildlife Sportsman motion activated green light. Put it on a T post 5’ from the feeder, so it would catch the sun and recharge. It works good and is real bright on the highest setting. $50 on Amazon.

I've got the same light and have been running them for 3 years. What I like about the Elusive WIldlife is that they sell replacement parts. I am about to replace the batteries and some of the rusted hardware.

New to the forum, but love chasing my swine. Spend lots of nights doing it. I tried multiple lights, tried to make my own. I have had good results with sniper feeder lights. Good solar panel, lithium battery, comes on at dark stays on all night. Comes with a remote if you want to increase brightness etc. I was cleaning out some crap the other day, found all my motion lights I had built. Them pigs got wise to them in a hurry lol! Lights are made in Texas outside my hometown, guys are accessible by phone. If your light takes a dump on you they will make it right. I want a thermal too, have a day night scope by sightmark, not a true night vision. It's not bad for pigs. I tried to post a pic but too big.
Previous lights I have tried, home made, moultrie, elusive wildlife, slo glow, all seasons,

I just bought a SLO-Glo brand hog light. Kind of expensive but works well.

That feeder light I mentioned originally has continue to impress. When we had all that recent cold weather, and no sun, the light went out. Lost battery power. I had intended to go get the battery and recharge it, but forgot. Didn’t matter, because when it got some sunlight, it recharged quickly. It has exceeded my $50 expectations.

PM me an address and I will send you one I bought years ago. Its portable, has red and green LED's, will light up a great area and runs off a 12 volt battery. Not many hogs up here in Montana.
