What species would you guys consider this ram?

Characteristics of a Mouflon, different coloration than typically what I’ve seen.

Looks like an Armenian Red Sheep. A type of mouflan I think.

That’s more of a Urial sheep.

The sheep species are so watered down now it’s hard to get a pure blood anything stateside anymore

i would guess urial type of some kind with those long legs.

I've never seen a Transcaspian with that much muscle in his neck, nor is he white enough all the way down in his beard.


I don't know what he is crossed with, but he is majority Urial.

He's definitely mostly Transcaspian Urial
