If I had the bucks and the law would allow it, I'd be all in for a bordello attached to a casino. Just saying...... Isn't that basically what an all nude club is? Go to VIP room No. Unfortunately those rooms are watched pretty close. Or so I hear.... Erry’one has a price! Lol This one time, at whore camp, I had a hot red headed stripper give me an all nude lap dance to Hank William Jr's "Country Boy Can Survive". That was a first for her, and me. Don't ever wear boxers and loose gym shorts to a place like that unless you wanna get laughed at. People notice Teepees. Took her to the VIP room and pulled the curtain. It was a blast until the bouncer beat on the wall and she said, "sorry I have to go, my husband is waiting outside for me".

You should buy the 20 acres next to my 16 acres, modify my pond for dog training and build me a 30 run kennel:
Ill fill the kennel with 30 dogs paying $600 a month each..
$100k might get the 20 acres in this area $75k to build the kennel $20k to build the pond
Double your money in about 4 years
I retain ownership of the land, kennel and business

I live on LBJ lake & lawn service seem to be a very lucrative business. You can start up cheap & probably line-up more business than you can stand in a week. Ramp up your business & get more equipment & employees. Eventually just manage crews.
Personally I hate lawn work. My son makes over 6 figures and most is in cash. How? I pay $25 for my yard to be mowed, Weed eat and blow grass clippings. It's 3 guys takes about 15 minutes, I figure with travel time to each job and getting down and putting up equipment they can do about 20 yards per day. 20 * 25 is 500, he pays each guy 100 bucks per day and he pockets 300 minus gas, wear tear on vehicle and equipment. So ballpark 250 per day. They only mow like April thru October, math don't jive for me Multiple crews maybe?
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

Last year he sold the mowing side of his business for over a million.

Ok I got it. Convert a vac truck to a mobile corn hauler/feeder filling machine. All ya gotta do is drive the thing door to door into position and push buttons on a remote control like a wrecker would. Fill feeders, drive out. No muss, no fuss. No dealing with bags. No broken backs.
Yes I know . . . . It’s genius and I should have kept the idea to myself.

Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Yes I know . . . . It’s genius and I should have kept the idea to myself. The feed stores by us offer this service. It ain't cheap but only way some can keep their feeders full. Back in the late 90's to around 2003 when I worked a large feed store we offered it on protein and/or corn. We charged cost of feed(protein or corn) + freight and then $7/feeder to fill. We would not fill small feeders....we wanted 800# or larger. The ranch or lease would want to have enough tonnage to keep the freight cost down or bearable. The freight was the same if it was 1 ton or 16 tons. The end cost for someone who lived hours away was well within their budget. We filled feeders on a whole lot of ranches in South and Central Texas. It was win win for both the ranch/lease and the feed store. We also wanted pretty good road system with height and width clearance and not any thorny brush in the roads that were driven. You can now go to Mumme's or L&E in their areas of service and they still offer it or you can rent a pneumatic feed wagon and fill the feeders yourself. I have seen those all over the state and even into the Trans Pecos region for mule deer now.

Another thread got me thinking that residential garbage pickup would be a money making venture.

"Build a Boob" is taken, but something similar could make a lot of money on side-bar ads. Men like looking at boobs. Women want boob jobs. Women post "before" pics asking for funding, like a Go-Fund-Me. Take 10% off the top plus the side-bar ads, fund the boob jobs, then post the "after" pics, with more side-bar ads.

One of my future ventures has popped up multiple times in this topic, at least 4 times on page 1.
I think I'll "store" my hot idea for the time being.
Best of luck whatever you choose!

The guy who came and changed my windshields yesterday does pretty well with not much initial cost. He comfortably changes about 5-6 windshields a day, after costs he’s taking home about $400-$500/day, four days a week. He said if humping it or the situation is right he’s done 13-14 in one day. He does a lot of work for collision repair shops.

Drop $50,000 in a boat, $20,000 in the latest electronics and get a guide license. hope you're young. That's a tough job. 1. Breaking in with all the "established" guides. You could get some of their over booked clients. 2. Take dumbazzes fishing 3. LONG hard days fighting weather and NO FISH.. 4. its not all about sitting in The Minnow Bucket drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes. Of course you can sit with the other guides instead of your clients but then , your clients couldn't pay for your breakfast when you get up and say, "I'll go get the boat ready, see yall down there".

Rustic barn wedding venues make a killing. My neighbors own a small property and they let their recent college grad daughter turn the barn into a wedding venue and she's killing it. She rents all the equipment and passes along all the costs at a substantial markup. She pockets about $10k a week.
*edit to add that she does funerals and other events also.

Personally I hate lawn work. I have 2 clients that own large lawn service companies. Both are millionaires many times over. In general any type of service company that doesn't require a license or specialized training is the cheapest type of business to start and most of the time you're in the black within a month or two.

You're so FOS your eyes and hair are brown. It's one of the worst businesses to be in for the reasons you describe....no license, anyone and everyone with equipment can do it, cheapest guy wins.
