I would be intrested too to hear of some good ones, I have found some in waller, and in ft.bend county. but have never been to them, has anybody ever been to either and how was it?

There are some around El campo, they get like 125 to 175 a day!! El Campo has been filled with white wings for several years now. You would not believe the hunters right outside of city limits now!!!

We are hunting with paradise hunting club on saturday. i will let you know how we do.

Think I am going to try the waller public areas since i live off 1488 and work from home, during the week might find some birds...

Went out yesterday with the Tim Crowley guys in the 2920 and 290 area feilds and had a good time, lots of guys got there limit. I got 7 but only because I am a bad shot, and the birds seem to be flying high, need to get some high brass but my shoulder will not like it to much...would gladly pay 50 bucks to do it again. Also they were mostly whitewing and 1 mourning in the mix for me.

Paradise was no good. I went to a friends field in Pattison on Thursday and we shot our limits. Out of 11 of us about 8 shot limits. It was the best dove hunt I have been on. There were no birds with paradise and I was not impressed with there field at all. We shot 4 birds all day and maybe saw 20.

Could I get some contact info on these places. I am trying to find a place to hunt close to Magnolia/hockley area.

Anyone else have Houston area locations to pass on to a newbie? I live in League City, so southern is always best, but I'll drive around Houston.

check with fowl talk guide service. James had some leases and hunts near Alvin/Manvel area. I have never hunted with them, just passing on some info.

Does anyone happen to have the contact information for the person or persons running the Dove lease in Alvin, Texas? I am looking to get on with someone that is close to me in Pasadena, Texas.
