Saw Chef Love on Iron Chef...he's a badarse! Their ingredient was peppers...all kinds. He had Buffalo bone marrow for an appetizer (don't know how that would be), main course was a ribeye with a rack of tuna ribs...that's right tuna ribs, washed down with a habanero margarita, and desert was jalapeno chocolate cake. He punished that japanese chef. Have your gold card ready and enjoy. Looks great.

How bout them tuna ribs??? I'd never have even considered that an option... Not too sure about the marrow...I'm sure it's tasty and all but they just sawed the bone in half and stuck it on the flat top!

I heard Kangaroo is pretty good if cooked about 30 seconds on each side. I have an Aussie friend that's going to set me up with some roo steaks.

I love the Love Shack!!! I think one night me and a couple buddys might have ventured in there maybe 3 times! Of course the next morning nobody was in the motel room, and "somebody" woke up in the bushes of a house 2 blocks away, Glad those people didn't wake up early!!!

You have to go to the Reata!!! I'm partial because my wife works there. Tim Love is a good chef but not the only game in town especially if your looking for a "Dining Experience" then Reata is the answer trust me.

If you go then take my advice....quail legs jalapeno grits calf fries to start with, for the main course get steak and lobster and you'll feel like you had s*x at the table! BTW The Reata is cheaper and better.
