Played at a new course for me, Briggs Ranch Golf Club. Great weather, great greens, hit terribly, broke my driver. Awesome day.

Got a couple of free passes to Stevens Park in Dallas. Teeing off at 11:00! It's going to be a gorgeous day! I’m glad I did not pay for this round. Not even worth the time and gas to drive there. Horrible conditions. Hard packed dirt like concrete. City of Dallas is not putting any money into the course according to Pro Shop Manager. $35 for 2 cold hot dogs on stale buns, a beer and a glass of wine! Shot an 86. Won’t be going back even if free!
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

This was some off brand/cheapo (Casino Brute) driver that a friend gave me, I did not have a driver at the time, and this one hit well so I stuck with it. It broke when I hit the ball, it was a clean hit, it just sounded funny. Played 30 holes yesterday. Probably at least 1-18 then 15-18 again today.
I repair clubs so I don't see how much different it could be to "customize" a putter. I built myself a putter and I built one for a friend for a gift. I have a Facebook page for it as a side gig (re-grips, re-shafts, repairs, etc.).
Pass the gravy.

Went to Sketchers looking for new golf shoes, did not like their selection so took off. Went back a week later to get some sandals and decided to see if any of their tennis shoes had titties on the bottom that might work for golfing? Low and behold I found these. I didn't care for the last three about the Ryder cup...... I wish it would have concentrated more on some of the golfers, but then again, the Ryder cup was never my thing.
