Basic information, over 9000 acres (about 9560 right now).

Season members only. No day hunts. $150 per spot. Hunt any legal game bird, and varmints, during the daytime only, with shotguns only. Sept 1 thru Jan 31.

The Big Opening BBQ is the first Saturday of the season, 1130-1 at the Leonard City Park. I am back to doing the cooking so no fiasco's like a couple of years ago!

I'll also have a smoker running and cook some dove or whatever that same evening for my friends that hunt with us....you are invited, you too TeamHillbilly!

Sig226 when are you going to fire up the smoker to get started ?? I've got a fat turkey in the freezer that needs to be smoked. Do you need any Red Oak this year?

I'll have to start early to feed 300 by the time the landowners and private patches are all there.... come on up when ready. Got the campground cleaned up and mowed and even started spraying for skeeters! Porta Pots ordered too!

I can always use more smoker wood, but that's a long way to bring red oak!

Do yall have some good fishing tanks? Heck be worth it just to have a place to catch some good fish, and do some hog hunting? Do yall allow dogs?

We do have some fishing spots, don't know how good they are, I know one good one there by the campground, but it's only for the campers! The others are fine too, just not as pretty as that one. We allow dogs and hogs and varmints are free... remember we are shotgun only during any open bird season and daytime only! (for shooting, you can set up before and take down after daylight)

Tours filling fast, so will the spots in order... It's hot in Texas, must be dove season!

OH yeah, had some puter issues, back and going hard. I haven't counted THF'ers yet. Waiting on filling up then I will go to see whose where. There are several! Which can be good or bad.

Hummm Are you mailing the passes and maps this year? Or do you just want me to pick them up at the shop?
