I saw a post a while back about FlexCorn, but when I serach for it using the forums search feature it says "no matches". So I will start a new one.
Has anyone used the "flex Corn" stuff? My local guy is out of protient so I'm looking for something else to put out until he gets more in. Flex Corn says it's 22% protien.

nevermind, I found the old post in the hog hunting area. no-one over there likes it... anyone have anything to add?

I tried it last summer in a spin cast feeder and did not like the way it distributed....and often clogged it up.

We had some damaged bags at work, so I'm trying it this time in a free-choice feeder to see what the results may be. Going to my lease tomorrow to find out!

It is a mixture of corn left-overs and a mineral additive; but think the product is an attract only, and not as beneficial as protein products.

tried it last year just for chum thankfully. put some out in a road and it sat there for over three weeks. deer would eat corn i put out over it and they left the flex corn. not even the rain would get rid of it. never even saw a hog near it.

I used it a couple of times because it was all I could find at the time. I never tried it in a feeder but did get decent results spreading it on the road. It disappered with the first bit of water.

I would still buy corn first.

Results from last weekend on the FLEX CORN....lots of activity......COONS! ! ! Most likely I will let them eat all they can stand and empty the feeder to a level where I can pour the rest on the ground! It does not like moisture...AT ALL!

I use indian corn. We have tried all kinds over the years and this seems to be the best. The deer really like it and seem to stay at the feeder longer. We have put a jar of peanut butter out and the bucks love it. It just cost too much to do it all season.
