I thought all the bucks would have lost their antlers by now. I have pics of some without their antlers, but just got this one this week. Just thought it was odd almost into March.

I saw 35-40 bucks yesterday afternoon and all were still fully antlered. Won't be long though, probably within the next week or two.

Mine lose them towards the end of March. Lots of people seem to think they drop them the day deer season is over.

saw a nice buck on campus here in San Antonio with his antlers. Would bucks protected by city limits shed their antlers later in the year?

I've seen them lose them as early as late December and still have them as late as early April! A lot depends on the condition of the deer and the country and also the general area. Typically S Tex deer will have theirs a little longer then those up North.

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

I am in Hall county around Turkey, Texas and only saw on buck that has lost one antler, all the others still have them firmly attached, I will be going back on the weekend of March 7 and will send a report.

I thought we'd find some sheds when we were doing the burn but no such luck. Going to get out again soon and see what I can find.

Haven't been able to get back up there yet unfortunately, my Dad said he thinks we'll be surprised how much yaupon we knocked out, I hope he's right!

I'm going to try and come up in the next few weeks, want to get in there and mow the stuff that we didn't kill, will let you know.
