As I search for my lease in South TX, I am also making plans for a alternate hunting vehicle to leave at the lease.
Got my eyes on an 87 Nissan 4x4 mid size truck... Kid sellin it for 1200 OBO... Says it has an oil leak, but runs good other than that... Not a fan of the sun roof it has... Just somethin to leak...
As I search for a cheap hunting beater, what does everyone else drive to avoid scratchin up thier daily drivers and nice trucks??

i bought a truck to use, not to baby. got white though, so the west Texas pin stripes dont show up as bad. why buy a truck if u aint gonna use it?  3/4 toyota....may be for sale.  '07 the one i totalled...  '08  nissan only 100k miles...registered and insured, but we just drive it out there.  i also have an old 4 wheeler i drive around out there.

Nice! I just dont think other guys on a lease want a 3/4 ton diesel roamin the land to the deer blind... lol

Just lost my "hunting/everyday" vehicle this past sunday when some crazy lady was late to mass and pulled out in front of me. T-boned her at 50 mph. Dog was in the backseat. We were both pretty sore and shaken up. Before  After  Guess it's time for a truck

Nice... I found an 89 Ford Ranger 4x4 XLT for 2000 today... Its white, but spray paint can fix that!!
