I gotta say those head on trail cam pics are deceptive, but with the dead pictures and that profile TC pic brings a different perspective

Don't mind them Threelranch. It is close to hunting season and they are getting edgy. It is a forum and what we can't see is how serious someone is about their posts or replies to posts. Almost all of mine are made when I smiling as a type. I have a great sense of humor, hence the grin at the end of my reply back to you. Have fun on here since life is to short. cheers

I'm not being defensive! You're the one who's being defensive! Why is always the other person who's being defensive? Have you ever asked yourself that? Why don't you ask yourself that?

I don't think it is a troll thing or a post count thing...pretty sure it was the "who I am and who I know comment" grin

I am no one and know nothing...but you were wrong rofl

Just relax and enjoy. All comments are welcome and I won't name names (stxranchman peep) but some just like to argue. grin We are good folk for the most part and like to have fun...sometimes there is collateral damage

Yea Nav people don't realize, that mass and long MB, can really separate two classes of deer. IMO You gain 10" in those areas, you go from a 130 to a 140 and to me that is a big gap.

It was fun and I won a couple of cases of beer off the Da Clown
They both were 13 6/8" inside spreadThats a real hard to belive they are both the same to the 6/8 th but
Nav' bucks grossed 144 5/8"I would have to put my hands on that one to see cause i dont see it form the blury pic.

You missed location and time of the year.. like comparing a hill country deer to panhandle.
Coastal prairie deer was 110lb. East Texas had probably 40 plus on it. Not all sub species have same ear length but you probably knew that already

I didn't see it either till the tape was put to him.

the 35inches of mass, almost 43 inches on the MBs helped him alot

In that i do see it but not the trail cam pic wich are always put you off around 10-20 either way but that is a heck of a bow kill anyway , i was not trying to be a troll or prove who i have had the plesure in working with but only trying to state that i am not a first year hunter or roike Biologist i have done my time in the field , anyhow thats beside the point great buck and i will keep my opions to myslef form now on.If someone wants my help or needs anything that i can help with i will.

The beams are what got most people on the score, I am sure. From your head on pictures, it is hard to tell. When I went back and looked at the profile pictures, you can see the beam length with the way they curve down and back up. Great buck again, Amigo cheers
