Missing browtines drops him way down for me not matter if he is 2 or older.

Only because I like big browtines on any buck. I have 2 here now that have no measurable brows and both are 2-3 or older. AR's are saving them now.

Last year we had 3 6 pt bucks with no brow tines that were 2.5-3.5 years old. One got shot and the other two lived.
Of the two one is still a clean no brow 6 pt and the other is a real hi pretty 8pt with maybe 1 inch brows. This year the one with no brows is still on the list the 8pt gets a pass till next year at least.
It's hell eatin em live

He will have some tall tines for sure, but the no brows throws me as well.

yeah...we're going to keep an eye out for him next year to see if the brows show up. We've got some pretty good deer on this property but with AR's I don't know whether we'll be able to take him for a cull next year...

My wife shot a tuuurd of a buck that looked like that I watched him for a few years after ARs didn't think we would ever get to shoot him turned out OK. His bases were huge almost all of his tines over crossed before he was wide enough for her to shoot. I was still weary that he wouldn't make ARs when she pulled the trigger though. He was at least 7.5 supe sway back double throat patch
