Has anyone ever tried these to keep the blades up when you ran out of the bands? I took out a doe for the freezer yesterday but can't find my other bands. So put on one of my gf's rubber and for her braces seams to hold fine gut wonder I anyone has ever tried it.

Have also used dental floss.

I have not been lucky with Rage broadheads after shooting an animal.....one or both blades always seem to bet damaged. They shoot great...make a great entrance and exit hole.....and kill the animal, but are typically (for me) not always re-useable. That said, I believe you can purchase extra blades and rubber bands.

I used them on other brands of mechanical heads a few years ago. They worked well. I don't have that issue right now shooting FCOC heads.

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.

I would be a little surprised to learnt that the bands Rage is using aren't actually orthodontic bands.

Now we have to figure out what works best rabbits
Ostriches or buffalo. The ones I have from my girlfriend have worked fine now that I have shot them I guess I should ask her what they are. She may smack me for putting her on blast for getting braces as an adult but I doubt it:).
