Tough ones to find still, Might try Southwest Ammo in Mesquite or 5 Stand Dan on the forum.

5 Stand Dan gets powder regularly and is good to deal with.
He has W296 now if he is not already sold out!

CCI small rifle Primers Hodgdon lists H110/W296, 4227, or Lil' Gun for that caliber and bullet. Check with 5Stand Dan. He has/had 296 and may have rifle powders also.

Just went into Gibson's in Weatherford they have a good supply of powders even Hodgdon H11000
