Ok so tell me this, I use a wrist release and when I pull back, my thumb is pointed down.
I bury my pointer finger knuckle right under my ear against my jaw bone, once set I reach my finger out and find the trigger. When ready put enough pressure to break. All of this is while my elbow is almost as high as I can get it. Does it sound like I'm doing that right? It's what feels natural.
