Wayne (WAL1809) of Snakebreaker.com will be at my place again on Saturday Aug 2 for his famous snake avoidance clinc. He will begin his clinic shortly after sunrise and go until all the dogs are trained. The cost is $60 per dog. This clinic will be on the east side of Weatherford (Hudson Oaks). PM me for directions.

Look at the past clinics to see some dogs in action grin.

Is there a discount if we have been to Wayne before? I took my lab there 2 years ago.

Sorry, no discount. He does the same amount of work each year.

Is there an age requirement/recommendation for pups? I've got a lab pup that will be right at 5 months at the time of the training.

If it is a young dog and they are headed to snake country, then lets get it done. If they are not likely to contact snakes then I like 6 months as a minimum.

For those that have been here before and were just going to show up, send me a PM and let me know you are coming so I can get a more accurate count.

The thanks goes to Stinkbelly and especially my customers. If you guys weren't there, I couldn't be there. I never set out to be a dog trainer/snake avoidance guy. It just kind of happened. God drives up in misterious ways. I no longer question it, I just roll with it. It has been quite a ride. Living life is kind of bad arse once you get passed all the crap that clogs your mind. The important stuff is seeing new things, staying out of a rut, meeting new people. It is important to treat them well, the returns are incredible. I don't mean monitary returns, I mean the overall experience. I thank you all for allowing me to continue being on the road.

This was a great clinic. We had excellent weather and good people. We will be doing it again the first Saturday of August 2015. Same place, Same time.

One thing that I saw duing this clinic, is that a high percent of dog charged right into the snake and would have been bitten. Hopefully this will save their lives.

I tried to take pictures, but almost all of them turned out blurry. Here are a couple that turned out.

rofl I also notice in that same picture your doing the "keep that rope burn off my leg" dance wink

First year mine got lit up bad...she ran from the first snake right to the 2nd snake when ole lightning struck and got it again. It left such and impression on her the next year Wayne nor I could get her anywhere close to one of them. She actually did the old rope burn on the leg trick to Wayne trying to get away from them and hadn't even been shocked.

Needless to say, Wayne does a great job and it's really a good thing your doing for the dogs and their owners. Good job bud!

Wayne does do a great job!

Almost a year after having my Brittany out there we were running at the park in a desperate attempt to kinda get in shape before the season. Going across a field I noticed there was a small tree branch on the ground with one leaf on it. That leaf happened to be diamond shaped and right on the end of the branch. I know you want them to train by scent... but when she saw that from 6 feet away she literally did an instant back flip.

I'd say she remembered...

Well thank you very much Sir. This video link reminds me of me when I hear another success story.
