Did my B workout yesterday. Now I'm off to do some cardio. Frac was timed wrong again, but I'll take it easy this time. Might forgo the farmer's walk to do it.

Got 6 reps in without incident. Felt fine. Even had a few deer join me.

Today was my last A day, tomorrow my last B. After that, I will change up my routine to be more cardio focused. Instead of two days strength training and one day cardio, repeat. I will do one day strength training, two days cardio, repeat. Going to ramp up the lung and leg conditioning.

Sounds like a better plan.

I think a better plan would be skipping my torture sessions and eating ice cream.

But I'm going to see this through for whatever reason.

As for me, nothing could be further from the truth. Since Wednesday morning, I have done nothing. Now I will say, I'm the best I know at doing nothing. I can handle a level of doing nothing that would drive most men to sheer madness.

IF I can refrain from, or at least keep to a minimum, pulling a cork after a meeting today with my brother, tomorrow I will try to start up my push ups again and the big hill.

At any rate, my level of light exercise, when put next to this possessed demon in the oil field, looks like water aerobics for the elderly at the Y.

Ok, I did a couple sets of shrugs and a couple of sets each of two other dumbbell exercises. 'Thought it'd help to burn off a little stress. Plus the air and temp down here is amazing this morning for August 1st.

CR, I had a Lieutenant that was 6'7", 380#. he went to Colorado with me several times, he never went more than 200-300 Yards, but was happy as heck just to be there and a pleasure to hunt with. He wasn't immobile, but could get winded in a hurry, if he'd got an elk, he knew we all would get it out.

He has since slimmed way down and re-married I hear, but at that height, you wont get to thin!

Wellll, guess what stood up at about 50 yards in front of the pickup when I headed back to the feeder today to put a new solar panel on, dump a bag of feed in, and replace the battery? Yep, maybe a dozen deer, most of them axis and one of them a good axis buck. Right on schedule with the thermometer hitting 90. Did I have the .338? Of course not. I will not be denied my live target practice. Next week...

Started my new routine today. Combine some of my A and B exercises into one. Did one set of everything to failure. Did them fast to keep my heart rate up. Then I did one trip up the hill incorporating the farmer's walk and one without. Next to days will be straight cardio.

Pull-ups, 2 sets of sit-ups, a couple sets of a dumbbell exercise, and Shawheel's Warrior III. 1 minute in that darn yoga "pose" feels like 10. Plus I look like a guy in that stationary sky diving place, or someone failing a sobriety test.
