This got me to thinking. The more I spent on hunting apparel, the fewer birds were found.
How I long for the days of Levis, flannel shirts, cheap dove vests, and snake print boots.

Chet is right. Most of my stuff is ordered from She Safari, and LL Bean. I wouldn't even bother with buying any of the other brands for upland. She will either send them back, or they will hang in the closet. Danner makes a good boot for women, and LL bean for rubber boots. I've bought plenty of other rubber boots, but they didn't make it a year, and weren't near as comfortable. Hot Chilleys for base layer in really cold weather. Hot weather Columbia fishing shirts.
Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden. Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.

Selection for women is definitely limited. I know my wife has the She Safari, and women’s Cabelas brush pants as well as the Filson Tin Cloth pants and a pair of women’s Filson chaps. She is also small enough to fit into youth brush jeans.
