Lol that was a troll move wasn't it roflmao

The feel and the accuracy was horrible, it's just like a pair of running shoes if it doesn't fit right you're not going to be comfortable running.

That is a fantastic, awesome price!

I've had mine over 2 years with 2500 rounds thru my 9mm Shield. I love this gun!

Is there a conversion barrel for the 40 to use the 9mm barrel? Just curious if it's similar to the Springfield xd line where I can buy a larger caliber and use a smaller caliber by simply changing the barrel. Thanks.

I am on a lot of gun forums. While I see this discussed on many gun forums for different brands... I've never seen it discussed for the Shield. So, I do not think so

I LOVE my shield. Great gun, very accurate.

The only thing I don't like is it is loading is pretty rough on your thumbs. The mag springs are STIFF.

Here is a discussion of that topic on the SW forum. SW says no, but folks have done it.

http://smith-wessonforum.com/smith-wesson-m-p-pistols/268933-9mm-barrel-40-shield.html

I have a SW M&P 40, and I can use a 9mm MP barrel/magazine in it, as well as, dropping in a 357 SIG barrel.

I just bought one for $352 out the door. And no hoops to jump through.

Throttle back Benz, you'll make to 100 soon enough, or just pop for the membership.

What's that specifically, if you don't mind me asking? I have no dog in this fight either. I love Glock but I've always had an eye on one of these for some time now.

Yeah, because it's a polymer frame, striker fired pistol. They're all pretty much less expensive. All I can say is mine has been great so far and it's a really good shooting gun.

My Shield 40 is awesome. Light weight and accurate.

It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.
