Good job Dan. I planted 300 onions in January. I hope to have the remainder of my garden planted in the next week or so.

Mine is already in and taking root. The 1015 onions are the best for salsa. I planted some red ones for salads.

I planted almost 500 onion bulbs a few weeks ago (mix of Yellow, Sweet & Red) and have 16 Celebrity plants ready to go in the ground too (same exact ones you have in your pic). All I am lacking is my pepper plants.

You could have left those onions in the ground a little longer, on the other hand you may as well start using them when you need them. They'll only keep for a couple of months.

My pepper and tomato plants from seed are all scrawny and leggy. Need more sun? I have them by a window and put a lamp on them a couple hours in the morning or evening.

Looks as if your onions are starting to bulb. You can use them at that stage with pan fried potatoes I'm having my first with potatoes from my garden tomorrow night.
