Why is it that everyone who has a lifted truck has little mans syndrome or is overcompensating for something?

While not practical to most people, I can appreciate the work put into it. As long as it's done right, it's very drivable and would get better MPG than most of you think. Without seeing the craftsmanship of the lift and parts, I can't say if it's bad or good, just going to assume for now that it's done safely. If it serves the owners purpose, then it's very practical. I have a F-250 with 5.5" on 37's that I would take anywhere just about. And still haul a 5th wheel and gooseneck trailer. Lifted trucks aren't always bad. I don't think this guy is worried about hauling trailers or anything like that. He did it for people to notice and people are going to notice it. The one thing that stands out to me that i don't like are the rims... never like those. they are called "rockstars" but most of us call them "co@kstars" cause every swinging one has em... hahaha

They could at least get the front bumper lined back up right... lots of work obviously put into it so finish the small details. Not my cup of tea but to each his own! Spending $$ like that is what makes the world go round, some small businesses made profit off of the aftermarket parts and install! Have the money and want to spend it? "Spend it!" I say.

It is a cool showpiece however so is every other truck on the road these days. Lifted trucks have lost their luster now that every other tom dick harry and yardman has one. Not to mention you can buy suped up trucks from the dealership. Used to be only monster trucks and select few had trucks that big. This guys is somewhat unique. At least its creative and didn't buy it out of the box from the dealership with black rims.

Of course not, it has ceiling pull down folding ladder that allows old folk to climb into their attics. Much cooler that the milk carton tied to a rope.

No way that is street legal. Maximum headlight height is 54" to center of headlight.

I knew this would be a good thread.

Those saying its pointless and would break offroad. Pretty sure it was built for show so it does have a point. What's so different about him driving a truck like that vs someone driving a sports car? A corvette wouldn't do well offroad either.

No there's no way I'd ever drive it and I don't like it but it's not my money so who cares
