For H-town it's hard to beat Good Company.

But the best I've had is the King's Inn down SE of Kingsville along Baffin.

Eat Big Shucks a couple times a week, fish shack is solid as well, and soul fish isn't bad either

There is a little joint off of Lake Fork called Bro's. It is next to/part of a gas station. But has seating. Hard to beat Cajun food.
