Description: 142.65 acres in Haskell co. 5-6 miles west/northwest of Rochester, TX. No agriculture. The entire ranch is wooded pasture with a mix of mesquite and cedar trees. Mostly mature mesquites and native grasses. This ranch has not been grazed in several years and has tons of cover. The ranch has two water wells, electricity and water at the cabin, and a two story 750 sq. ft. hunting cabin. Cabin needs a little interior finishing work. I agree this is some "gamey" land with excellent cover. It hunts alot bigger than it is. The cabin or small house is solid and consist of a complete hardi board exterior. There is nothing wrong with the inside finish in my opinion when I looked at it. Somebody should jump on this

Like I said, there are many many more...some just a little bigger than others! You shot two hogs with your bow that weekend and missed a turkey if I recall correctly.

On the serious side I have hunted this property for the Last 6 years, even before TCH bought it.I hate to see the place go. There is alot of my blood and tears shead over that cabin but it was all worth it in the end.It's a home away from home now.Like someone else said it hunts bigger than what it is.We killed deer every year off this place.I don't think Jason has the pictures but there were two other very nice bucks killed just before he bought it.A 8 and a 9. You'll kill all the pigs you want and turkey season is always good.I hate to see this place go! There are a lot of good times that have been made there as well as some very good friendships made over the camp fire out front.If interested this is a must see.

Nice place. Is the $275 acre discount for THF members only or you assuming you'll have to negotiate when using the brokers?

Good question Michael...I listed it for $1,600 an acre FIRM for the THFers. That is my bottom dollar...for the THFers.

good luck selling this Jason.....someone definitely needs to snatch it up because it has game all over it. If I'm not mistaken I think I took one of those pics of you and your pig....I'm a dam good photographer! I really wish I could have got out there more.
